I. Daily Construction Maintenance:

  1. Check if the engine oil, hydraulic oil, and antifreeze are normal before starting the rig.

  2. Inspect and observe the condition of the wire ropes.

  3. Verify if the display data and alarms on the monitor are normal.

  4. Allow the rig to idle for three minutes and rotate empty for five minutes during cold start-up.

  5. Monitor for any abnormal noises during the construction process and check if the instrument pressure readings are within normal range.

II. Oil Products Maintenance and Filter Replacement Cycles:

  1. Change the engine oil every 500 hours. Clean the magnet screws of the power head's large gearbox and hydraulic tank every 500 hours. Replace the main winch oil every 500 hours. Change the gear oil of the power head and travel reduction gearbox every 1000 hours (for new machines, replace at 200 hours and 500 hours). Replace the gear oil of the rotary reducer and power head's large gearbox every 3000 hours. Replace the hydraulic oil every 3000 hours.

  2. Replace the engine oil filter and diesel fuel filter every 500 hours. Clean the air filter every 100 hours and replace it every 1000 hours. Replace the hydraulic oil filter every 1000 hours. Replace the coolant filter every 3000 hours or annually.

III. Lubricant Maintenance:

  1. Daily check if there is sufficient grease on the wire ropes and mast slideways.

  2. Apply grease to the swivel, drill pipe rotary support, and power head turntable weekly.

  3. Ensure the automatic grease lubrication system is functioning properly and has sufficient oil levels (if there is no automatic system, manually lubricate the entire rig once a week). The automatic grease lubrication system must be filled with 0# grease.
