Product Introduction
Core barrel with bullet teeth is used for cutting annular ring in hard rock, concrete and in steel reinforced concrete; consequentially the central core can be carried up by the core barrle or broken by rock bucket, rock auger or Cross Core Barrel.
Working principle：
Rotary drive head transmits pressure to the core barrel bits and through the cutting ring of the cylindrical structure, it performs circumferential cutting on the rock layer, forming a circular fracture zone with a width of about 110-120mm, separating the rock core from the surrounding rock mass. The core principle is to use the shear force generated by the torque of the drilling rig to destroy the rock structure.

Cutting ring with rock bits, reasing the internal stress of rock;
Rock bits perform stage breaking and drilling;
Small barrel facilitates the coring operation, large barrel performs stage breaking.
