Cast-in-place Pile

Pile foundation is a concealed project, improper construction management is prone to quality accidents. The cast-in-place pile is one of the common pile models in pile foundation engineering.

1、Classification of cast-in-place piles according to drilling process. Common pile types include rotary drilling and grouting piles, impact drilling and grouting piles, forward and reverse circulation drilling mud protection wall drilling and grouting piles, long auger drilling and grouting piles.

2、Rotary excavation grouting pile is suitable for clay,silt,sand,fill,gravel soil,and weathered rock layers. Forward and reverse circulation drilling mud protection wall drilling and grouting pile is suitable for cohesive soil,silt,sand,fill,gravel soil,and weathered rock layers below the groundwater level. Long auger drilling grouting pile adopts the technology of inserting steel reinforcement cage after installation, which is sutiable clay,silt,sand,fill,non dense gravel soil,and strongly weathered rock.

3、In addition to being used in the above-mentioned geological conditions, impact bored pile can also penetrate obstacles such as old foundations,construction waste fill,or large boulders. Caution should be exercised in areas with karst development. If necessary, construction surveys should be appropriately strengthened and advanced drilling should be carried out. The principle of advanced drilling is one pile and one hole, but in areas with well-developed karst, one pile and two holes, or even three holes are required.
