Application field of rotary drilling rigs
In recent years, driven by the development of my country's transportation, energy and construction industries, especially the construction of high-speed railways and various urbanization projects, the construction volume of pile foundations has continued to grow at a high speed, infrastructure construction has flourished, and there are more and more high, large and heavy construction projects.
In the pile foundation industry, based on the need for the bearing capacity of high-rise, super-high-rise buildings and large bridges, as well as environmental protection (oil fume pollution, noise), vibration, construction quality, work efficiency and other factors, bored piles have gradually replaced precast piles and become the mainstream form of pile foundations.
Rotary drilling rigs are engineering machinery for taking soil and forming holes. Due to their fast construction speed, high hole quality, low environmental pollution, flexible and convenient operation, high safety performance and strong applicability, they have been widely used in the hole forming operations of building foundation projects and have become the first choice for bored pile construction equipment.
Working principle
Working device of rotary drilling rig: ① The diesel engine provides power for the hydraulic device. ② The working device includes a drill rod and a drill bit, which transmits downward pressure and forward and reverse torque. ③ The power of the working device is provided by the power head motor and the pressurized winch motor. For example, the Zoomlion ZR360C-3A is equipped with a dedicated hard rock deep pile construction equipment with large torque and large pressure, which can efficiently break the rock layer and drill.
During work, the main winch lifts and releases the drill rod, and the power head presses down or rotates to transmit the pressure and torque to the drill bit through the drill rod. The drill bit cuts the stratum to achieve drilling. When the drill bit is full of slag, the drill bit and the drill rod are lifted out of the hole, and the drill head unlocking mechanism is pressed down by the power head pressure plate to automatically dump the slag.
Compared with rotary drilling rigs and impact drills, the construction efficiency of rotary drilling rigs is 15 to 20 times that of the former.
Application field of rotary drilling rigs
With the improvement of concrete quality, the improvement of pile foundation construction technology, the increase of cast-in-place pile bearing capacity, and the strict implementation of urban environmental regulations, bored cast-in-place piles have almost replaced other drilling equipment.
Rotary drilling rigs are generally suitable for clay, silt, sand, silty soil, and artificial backfilling containing some pebbles, gravel and other strata. For rotary drilling rigs with large torque power heads, they can adapt to the construction of slightly weathered rocks. With the development of product adaptability, design and construction technology, rotary drilling rigs have reliable and mature construction methods in complex strata such as soft soil, hard rock, dense gravel, and boulders. Due to the needs of a large number of highway bridges, railways, water conservancy, urban construction and other projects, rotary drilling rigs have a huge market and development space.
The above is a real shot of the construction site of Ruima Machinery's rotary drilling rigs, which have successfully won the unanimous recognition of various project teams with their safe and efficient performance. Rotary drilling construction represents a safe, efficient, green and environmentally friendly construction process. Compared with successful methods such as rotary drilling rigs, impact drills, and manual digging, it successfully integrates many advantages such as fast pile speed, high quality, safety and convenience, energy saving and environmental protection.
In short, rotary drilling rigs represent a new construction process, which has been widely recognized in major projects across the country. From the aspects of construction quality, construction efficiency, construction cost and geological adaptability, its advantages are incomparable to methods such as impact drilling.
